Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre/Post-sales Technical Support Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Do:
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical presentations and proposals.

· Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring continuous improvement of our offerings and addressing any concerns.
· Prepare and deliver detailed technical documentation, including specifications, installation instructions, and user manuals, to support sales efforts, and Promotion materials with standardization methods.
