Job Description:
1. Verify production planning and monitor production schedule and follow-up.
2. Establish and maintain the manufacturing related procedure to meet the standards.
3. Direct and participate in development and improvement of existing products and process, conduct and direct technical researches needed.
4. Monitors and controls usage variances of labor and materials to achieve maximum productivity and quality.
5. Recognizes and solves problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality and order of production line.
6. Manage all manufacturing resources and activities to achieve on-time delivery.
7. Conduct the document control and corrective actions in the manufacturing department to meet goals.
8. Supervises staff to maintain a high level of productivity and ensure all products are made safely and efficiently, meeting quality requirements.
9. Measures progress by established standards of performance. Initiate continuous improvement activities.
10. Setup a balanced workload among subordinates and clarify areas of accountability.
11. Provide technical training and setup training system to department staff.
12. Manage manpower including apply for increasing and reducing. Appraise the performance of department staff and manage effectively.
13. Coordinate sales and Sourcing department to ensure the smooth production and timely support.
14. Might also manage facilities and equipment maintenance.
15. Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures.
16. Ensure full commitment and support for training, communication, health and safety, housekeeping, personal discipline and ESD.
17. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. Minimum 8 year-experience in MFG management.
3. Proficient written and oral English.
