How you will do it
? Handle RTR related activities for Korean business
? Identify, manage, and resolve customer issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner
? Monitor accounts RTR activities, identifying, resolving, or escalating issues to the senior manager when necessary
? Ensure compliance with JCI accounting policies, procedures, and processes
? Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts RTR function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine

? Accounting related degree
? Korean is priority
? Reading and writing in English, speaking is plus
? Project lead experience
