Purpose of this Role： ? Build up solid ER process and provide consultant to support HRBP and mitigate risk ? Partner with business of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work ? Drive organization efficiency to improve function performance Role and Responsibility: ER: ? In charge of HR related policies (build up/maintains/review and revise) and make sure all policies are in line with regulations; ? Build ER expertise in ER case management, including be familiar with regulation, follow regulation updating on time, build up systematical ER process (both of regulation, implementation process, BAU process) to support business needs, as well as to improve employee experience; ? Be a trusted HR contact person to employee HRBP: ? Work with assigned functional leaders to understand business, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support bold growth. ?
