about scupi学院简介
四川大学匹兹堡学院是四川大学与美国匹兹堡大学合作成立的中外联合学院，是两所享有国际声誉的中美名校强强联合进行国际化办学的新模式，是教育部正式批准的中美大学合作机构层次的五所学院之一。学院于2011年开始筹建，2014年2月正式获得教育部批准，2015年9月招收第一批新生。学院设置了工业工程（国际合作）、机械设计制造及其自动化（国际合作）、材料科学与工程（国际合作）三个专业，引入国际一流大学的办学理念、课程体系、师资力量及优质教育资源，融合两校的学术及教育优势，采用全英语授课方式，鼓励创新性学习、开放式讨论、独立性思维，提升学生的领导力、团队合作和创新思维能力，致力于培养具有宽广国际化视野、知识基础与创新能力并强、适应国际化竞争环境的工科人才与社会精英。

position description岗位描述：
the general administrator will assist the party branch secretary in handling party affairs, including drafting official documents such as work plan and report, organizing and implementing party branch meeting and activities, andother daily party affairs. meanwhile, the general administrator is responsible for the publicity activities of the institute.
duties and responsibilities主要职责：
●draft, edit and revise content for party documents, institute news, annual report, evaluation report, etc.
负责党务文件、宣传稿件、年度总结、评估报告及其他文字撰写、修改；
●assist with the planning and execution of party branch activities
参与学院党支部各项活动的计划制定和具体安排；
●responsible for the party membership management and other daily party affairs
负责学院党员发展、党员组织关系管理，协助党费收缴管理等日常党务工作；
●responsible for ideological and political work, including publicity, education, planning and execution
负责各项思想政治工作包括各类宣传、教育、计划的制定和实施；
●responsible for the updating and maintenance of institute-managed website and social platforms, planning publicity activities, contacting suppliers to design and order institute apparel and gifts, etc;
负责学院各宣传平台的更新维护、策划宣传活动、联络供应商制作学院周边产品等；
●other duties as assigned

qualifications招聘条件：
●cpc member with a strong sense of political consciousness
中共党员，具有较高政治觉悟；
●master degree or above in journalism, chinese language and literature, political science or other related fields are preferred. relevant working experience is a plus.
硕士研究生及以上学历，新闻、中文、思想政治相关专业优先。有工作经验者优先；
●knowledgeable in official document writing, political theory and microsoft office. skills in graphic design and multimedia software is a plus.
具有较强的文字表达能力，有一定的政治理论水平，熟练使用办公软件。熟练掌握设计类或多媒体软件者优先；
●good command of spoken and written english
英语熟练，具备英语交流、工作能力；
●good work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility
作风正派、工作认真、责任心强。
